How long will it take for me to see results?

Every person’s body is different and responds to exercise differently. Typically within four weeks clients can see a difference in their bodies.

How long is each training session and how many times a week will I meet with my trainer?

Depending on your specific goals and your schedule, you will meet with your trainer for about one hour each session anywhere between two to three times a week to exercise.

Must I have a gym membership in order to work with a personal trainer?

No. If you don't have a gym membership we have other options available including coming to your home or office.
